Who am I?
My spiritual journey started back in 1997 when I was introduced to Yoga practices and Meditation. I got initiated into Transcendental Meditation and Tibetan Meditation in 1999, and have since practiced various types of Meditations – Mindfulness, Zazen, Chakra Balancing, Yogic meditations – with various teachers. I have been teaching Meditation Practices for the past few years both online and regularly in Paris, where I’m based. I make it easy for my students to start their practice and teach them various techniques to help calm the mind and thought processes.
This course gives you a little glimpse of what I do and I hope you enjoy it!
